Below are some FAQs to help you get familiar with WST! Most of these questions are general, you can find more specific tour FAQs on their corresponding pages.

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

For online bookings through our website, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For group bookings made by email, phone or fax, the same credit cards are accepted. Company and school checks are also accepted at least two weeks in advance of service. If you’d like to pay in cash, you can do so in person at one of our visitor centers in Tbilisi 

 

How can I access my voucher?

After making your purchase, you can use your email address, confirmation number and credit card number to print your voucher.

 

I don’t have a printer! What do I do?

Don’t worry, you can show your voucher on your mobile phone at one of our visitor center locations.

 

Where do I redeem my voucher and pick up my tickets?

Please redeem your voucher at one of the visitor center locations listed on your voucher. For all bus tours, you can redeem your voucher Tbilisi str. Kote Abkhazi 44 (sq Fridom str. Pushkina 1/3 ). For other attractions, please refer for instructions. All visitor centers are centrally located in Tbilisi.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Office 1: str. Kote Abkhazi 44 ( 8:00-23:00)

Office 2: sq Fridom str. Pushkina 1/3 ( 8:00-23:00)

The best place to purchase tickets is online – we are constantly running different promotions so you can end up saving big!

 

Do I need to specify a date of travel?

No. When you start your order, you will have to choose the day you believe you are going to use the voucher. Please note, some of our partner attractions do require reservations – please refer to the tour details for more information.

 

 

When is your customer service call center open?

Our customer service department is open daily from 8am to 11pm est. Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a complimentary group pick-up at most midtown hotels. Please contact us at info@wst.ge to make arrangements for group services

 

What is the age requirement for a child ticket?

Children aged 7 –14 are eligible for a child price ticket on double decker tours, child under 7, may travel free on our double decker tours. Please note child age range may vary for our 3rd party products.

 

How do I get a refund or exchange?

Refund request must be made in writing with original tickets and/or vouchers to: Quality  Georgian Control and legislation, at our Visitor Center at str. Kote Abkhazi 44  (sq Fridom str. Pushkina 1/3).

Refund requests must include ticket receipt for tour(s) purchased. No requests will be considered without your ticket and proof of purchase. Any refunds due will be made by mail.
